You’ll get a Personal Lab Concierge (including a cell # to call / text) who will share designs with you, work with your staff if a case needs to be redone (quality) so you can push your patient appt out, and answer any other ?’s you have at anytime.

You will NEVER call a centralized call center (that is not in the same state as the lab) and get random folks answering your call. We are based in Columbus, OH and our Concierge Team is right next to your cases at our lab. We have direct contact with Technicians.

We accept digital cases, and analog (impression) cases. You can request a stack of pre-paid UPS labels, boxes, and Rx pads by clicking here.
